How long does an assessment take?
A Standard Home Assessment typically takes 2-3 hours depending on property size. Thermal Imaging surveys are usually completed within 1-2 hours. The Comprehensive Package requires approximately half a day.
Do I need to prepare anything?
We ask that heating is on for thermal imaging surveys. Otherwise, simply ensure access to all rooms, the loft space, and any utility areas. Having recent energy bills to hand can be helpful but is not essential.
Are you accredited?
All our assessors hold relevant qualifications including Domestic Energy Assessor certification for EPCs. We carry professional indemnity insurance and are members of recognised industry bodies.
