Assessment Appointments
On-site assessments can be scheduled outside of standard office hours by arrangement. We aim to accommodate your schedule where possible.
Coverage Area
We currently provide services across England and Wales. Coverage in Scotland and Northern Ireland is available for certain postcodes. Please enquire for confirmation.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days. For assessment bookings, typical lead time is 5-10 working days depending on your location and our current schedule.
Urgent Requests
If you have an urgent requirement, such as an assessment needed for a property transaction, please mention this in your initial contact and we will do our best to prioritise your booking.
